Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you visit sagefox.app or join the Sage Fox waitlist. We try to keep this short and plain. If anything is unclear, email us at hello@sagefox.app.
The short version. Right now, sagefox.app is a waitlist page. The only personal information we collect is the email address you give us when you sign up. We use it to tell you when Sage Fox launches and to send occasional progress updates. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we are
This site is operated by Anastasiia Bosakevych, an individual entrepreneur (sole proprietor) based in Ukraine, doing business as Sage Fox. We are the controller of the personal information described below.

What this policy covers
This policy applies to the sagefox.app website and the email waitlist for the Sage Fox iOS app. It does not yet cover the Sage Fox mobile application itself, which is in development. When the app is released, this policy will be updated, or a separate in-app privacy policy will be published.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the waitlist:
- Your email address — when you submit it through the signup form on sagefox.app.
- Basic technical data — when your browser loads the site, our hosting provider may automatically log standard request data (such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp). This is used for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate traffic statistics.
We do not ask for your name, phone number, payment details, or any other personal information at this stage.
How we use your information
We use your email address to:
- Notify you when Sage Fox is available to download.
- Send occasional updates about the product (typically no more than a few times per month).
- Reply to you if you contact us first.
We use basic technical data to keep the site running, fix bugs, and understand roughly how many people visit. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not track you across other websites.
Services we use
We rely on a small number of third-party services to operate the waitlist. They process limited information on our behalf:
- Website hosting — the company that hosts sagefox.app stores the site files and processes incoming requests. It may keep standard server logs.
- Form and email delivery — when you submit the waitlist form, your email address is stored by our forms / email service provider so we can send you the messages described above.
- Domain and DNS — our domain registrar manages the sagefox.app domain.
These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations. We do not share your email with anyone else.
Cookies and similar technologies
sagefox.app does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies for advertising or cross-site tracking. The site may set a small number of technical cookies that are strictly necessary for the page to function (for example, to remember that you have already submitted the form). If this changes — for example, if we add analytics — we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
How long we keep your information
We keep your email address until one of the following happens:
- You ask us to delete it (see "Your choices" below).
- You unsubscribe from our emails — in which case we keep a minimal record of the unsubscribe so we do not email you again by accident.
- We decide to shut down the waitlist, at which point we will delete the list.
Server logs and similar technical data are kept for a short period (typically a few weeks to a few months) and then deleted or aggregated.
Your choices
You can, at any time:
- Unsubscribe — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
- Ask for a copy of your data — email us and we will tell you what we have about you.
- Ask us to delete your data — email us and we will remove your email address from the waitlist.
- Correct your data — email us if your address has changed.
To exercise any of these, write to hello@sagefox.app from the email address you signed up with. We aim to respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information — including using HTTPS for the site, choosing reputable service providers, and limiting who can access the waitlist. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Sage Fox is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has submitted their email to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
International users
Sage Fox is operated from Ukraine. If you sign up from another country, your email address will be transferred to and stored in countries where we or our service providers operate. By using the site, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time — for example, when the Sage Fox app launches, when we change service providers, or when the law requires it. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and where appropriate we will notify you by email.
